1.   Opening Address By The Chairman

The leader called the meeting to order at 2.00 pm and thanked to the committee members for being able to attend the third meeting. She mentioned that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the details about presentation in video.

 

2.   Confirmation of minutes

Minutes of the previous meeting held on 15 APRIL 2014 has been proposed by Mr Tan Tee How and seconded by Miss Kok Hui Li.

 

3.   Presentation in video

• Mr Simon Khoo Han Kit was invited to become the cameraman for the video.

• All the members were informed to prepare the presentation after the meeting.

• The video was recorded after the meeting.

• Mr Ng Wei Shen was asked to combine all the videos and burn it on a CD.

 

 

 

4.   Other Matters

Mr Simon Khoo Han Kit will be left after setting the camera. Mr Tan Tee How replaced him to be the cameraman.

 

 

5.   Conclusion

The chairperson summarizes the discussion made in the meeting and thanked the members for attending this meeting. She thanked the members for having worked so hard on this task.

 

The meeting adjourned at 2.30 pm with a vote of thanks to the chairperson.
